Gravado em Paranapiacaba, vila fantasma no município paulista Santo André no Brasil e Coreia do Sul.
Junto do lançamento da música do projeto de celebração de dez anos do Girl's Day, o solo de Sojin "GHOST" foi lançado com seu M/V que foi gravado em uma vila fantasma em São Paulo chamada Paranapiacaba conhecida por suas lendas urbanas e ser a Silent Hill Brasileira e alguns toques na Coreia do Sul. O M/V conecta a letra da música ao conceito do projeto que são 4 joias preciosas que formam um tipo colar ou laço inquebrável.
O M/V começa com vários cortes respeitando as primeiras batidas da música onde Sojin aparece na neblina de uma cidade sombria e fria e logo após abraçada á um urso encostada numa parede e então a queda de um diamante é vista em um último corte rápido. Sojin então começa a cantar a música sentada ao chão de um quarto abandonado e todo rasgado enquanto ela olha pela janela e aquela neblina impossibilitada de olhar.
Seus sentimentos são demonstrados por suas feições tristes e melódicas enquanto ela está acompanhada de um ursinho ao quarto onde ela fica o olhando estranhamente como se ele fosse uma pessoa enquanto ela diz " why did you do this to me?
" (parte da letra).
Ela se levanta novamente perambulando á aquele quarto enquanto canta e então ela se encosta a porta sentada e bate nela na parte de "Hello are you there?
" e então Sojin aparece á olhar a janela e então ver alguém pela neblina enquanto meio que um tabuleiro Ouija aparece sendo utilizado rapidamente em mais um corte.
Uma parte da coreografia é vista em uma sala escura onde Sojin está ao centro e 3 background dancers atrás que são as outras integrantes do grupo. A coreografia é melódica e se mantem viva através de passos românticos e lentos que referenciam á um fantasma.
E então ao pós-refrão Sojin parece estar insana enquanto ela toma chá com o ursinho e cuida dele como se fosse algo para ela como um filho ou uma pessoa que ela realmente tem afeto e que ela não tem afeto.
E então a porta se abre á segunda parte da música, Sojin anda pela neblina da cidade, por seus trilhos e o vilarejo da cidade enquanto ela canta os versos da música e então ao pré-refrão, ela percebe o espirito da garota na neblina novamente e então uma caça pela assombração começa.
A coreografia novamente é amostrada enquanto cenas de Sojin com o ursinho são vistas novamente como se o ursinho realmente tivesse vida.
No bridge, Sojin está deitada e debruçada á uma cadeira enquanto ela mexe sua cabeça vendo tudo em sua cabeça enlouquecer, o tabuleiro Ouija se mexe sozinho e ela olha para o ursinho, ela segue e segue a garota em outro corte tendo que lidar ás montanhas mas fica-se perdida em um labirinto.
Até que ela finalmente encontra sua resposta no final da música onde em um corte Sojin encontra o espirito de uma garota que de repente se revela á um garoto enquanto foca no ursinho, revelando então que o ursinho tem o espirito do garoto que aparece ao M/V.
Sojin então está farta de viver com aquilo e então decide destruir a alma do garoto e então com uma faca começa a "matar" o ursinho enquanto sai diamantes do mesmo, simbolizando o quanto ele significa para ela como diamantes e então a cidade espirituosa começa a se fechar cada vez e cada vez mais enquanto todos os acontecimentos se dão em loop interno onde o M/V termina com Sojin caída com diamantes em volta do chão e á ela, formando meio que uma constelação de diamantes e encerrando o clipe.
