Scissor Sisters apareceram no The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon continuando a divulgar o álbum e o single, além disso, vão estar num jogo do programa e fazendo a perfomance de American Dreams no famoso segmento de "Classroom Instruments"
Jimmy começa a falar um bocado sobre a banda e o novo álbum, e chama os vocalistas da banda, Jake e Ana e eles aparecem, logo de seguida começa a elogiar sobre o desempenho nos charts e como o público está adorando o álbum e eles respondem que estão felizes com o desempenho e a adoração, e que não estavam a espera disso, o apresentador muda de assunto e faz uma pergunta se vai sair um próximo álbum e eles confirmam e a Ana dá outro detalhe que o álbum vai ser o mais dark e houve tanta energia negativa quando escreveram as músicas que ela teve tirar essa energia com outra pessoa no dormitório deles.
Novamente, o Jimmy muda de assunto e desta vez é sobre o anúncio de Super Smash Bros, ele falou que adorou e a filha, também que adorou, teve pedir pra comprar uma Nintendo Switch por causa do anúncio, os três ficaram rindo e o Jake quebrou o momento dizendo que achou muito adorável e que adorou estar no anúncio porque adora jogar videogame e elogiou a HYO e Taeyeon que elas foram boas no anúncio também, depois do assunto de Super Smash Bros, ele menciona pra Ana sobre ter assistido Frozen com a Iggy e respondeu que adorou e ficaram cantando as músicas do filme, e muitas vezes chamou a Iggy de Elsa.
Por último, ele começa com um jogo onde eles teriam que advinhar onde a batida vem e teriam que cantar, cantaram com o Jimmy, a clean version de Fuck That Shit, The Magic, Stopwatch, On A Night Like This e o hit antigo da banda "I Don't Feel Like Dancin'", quando o jogo acabou, ele disse para esperarem a perfomance de "American Dreams", o intervalo começa.
Quando acabou, aparece a banda, o Jimmy e a sua banda do programa e começam a cantar "American Dreams" e tocar com os "Classroom Instruments".
